At Comfort Zone, we want you to feel completely at home with your purchase. If your new furniture or decor isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a pre-paid shipping label and return authorization number.

  Pack With Care

  Place the items back in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, cushions, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture pieces.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
